• 5 to 7 years working as a business analyst in the financial industry with good knowledge on Capital Markets, Financial Market Asset Classes & Products and Trade Life cycle. Experience in Wealth Management Preferred.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business teams, developers, and testers to translate business requirements into functional requirements and user stories using Azure DevOps.
• Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) to clearly communicate requirements to stakeholders and the development team.
• Create and maintain Epics, Features, and Product Backlog Items (PBIs) in Azure DevOps to effectively manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Liaison between business and technology teams to drive the right outcomes for the product
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth project execution and continuous improvement.
• Conduct in-sprint testing, user acceptance testing to validate that the developed solution meets the defined requirements and user needs.
