Summary:
As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and features into websites, ensuring they remain current and engaging for users. Collaboration with team members to align on project goals and deliverables is also an essential aspect of the workday.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of web components.
- Maintain and update documentation to reflect changes and improvements in web applications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor website performance and implement enhancements to improve user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Experience with web frameworks and libraries related to Python development.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
