The Workday Developer will support the design, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Workday, with a primary focus on Talent, Performance, and Learning. This role offers the opportunity to work on a mature Workday environment while helping evolve innovative solutions used across Huron.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience configuring and supporting Workday (Performance, Learning, and/or Recruiting)
- Experience with Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, EIBs, and Excel‑based data analysis
- Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders
- Experience working with global or cross‑functional teams
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
- Ability to work partial US hours and experience working in a multi-national corporation.
Preferences:
- Experience with Core HCM, Compensation, or Benefits
- Familiarity with Agile delivery (PI Planning, Sprint Reviews)
- Understanding of HR data security and compliance standards
- A continuous‑improvement mindset with an interest in leveraging new Workday capabilities
