Workplace Manager

About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to join our team at Rubrik. As a Facility Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for our employees. You will be the primary point of contact for facility-related issues and will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

  • Manage day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

Vendor Management & Administration

  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to resolve facility-related issues and implement improvements.

  • Manage facility-related budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records and databases of facility-related information, including maintenance schedules, repair history, and vendor contracts.

Workplace Experience & Events

  • Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and equipment setup.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with various teams, including IT, security, and operations, to ensure facility needs are met.

  • Identify opportunities for facility improvements and implement changes to enhance the work environment.

 

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in facility management or a related field.

Technical & Domain Skills

  • Experience with facility management software and systems (e.g., maintenance management, space planning).

  • Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a corporate or technology company environment.

  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy-efficient solutions.

  • Certification in facility management (e.g., IFMA, CFM) or related field.
