We are currently seeking a Z2_Sr. Developer|Back-end technologies to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable marketing automation solutions that support business campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AMPscript, SSJS, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and SQL, along with hands-on experience in deploying and managing complex marketing journeys across environments.

The candidate must also possess Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin and Email Specialist certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Develop Marketing Cloud journeys from scratch using Journey Builder.
• Create and manage automation activities using complex SQL queries in Automation Studio.
• Deploy Marketing Cloud journeys across different environments.
• Develop and optimize AMPscript and SSJS scripts for personalized and dynamic content delivery.
• Build responsive and engaging email templates using Content Builder.
• Conduct journey testing, including A/B testing, to ensure optimal campaign performance and user experience.
• Manage migration, deployment, and rollout of marketing journeys with minimal disruption.
• Perform technical go-live activities and provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting.
• Perform Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration activities including:
• User Management
• Domain Management
• Security Setup
• Collaborate with marketing, business, and technical teams to gather and implement requirements.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, releases, and industry trends.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Journey Builder
• Automation Studio
• Content Builder
• Contact Builder
• Email Studio

Development & Scripting

• Proficiency in:
• AMPscript
• Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)
• SQL Queries

Salesforce Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud data model.
• Experience with migration and deployment of marketing journeys across environments.
• Hands-on experience with journey testing and A/B testing.

Administration

• Experience in:
• User Management
• Domain Configuration
• Security Setup
• Platform Administration

Mandatory Certifications

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin Certification
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing Technology, or related field.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM integrations.
• Exposure to personalization and customer segmentation strategies.
• Understanding of data modeling and marketing analytics.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment best practices.

Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customization.
