Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Call Handling Agents to join our 104 Tele Medical Advisory Government Project. The ideal candidate should have a background in healthcare, life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, dietetics, or related fields and possess excellent communication skills. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate health-related information, recording call details, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.

Provide accurate information and guidance related to health, nutrition, and other healthcare-related topics.

Record, update, and maintain call details in the system.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and concerns.

Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of cases.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.

Adhere to project guidelines and quality standards.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Empathy, patience, and customer-centric approach.

Ability to handle health-related queries effectively.

Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.

Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must possess a Graduate Degree in Health or Life Sciences, including:

B.Sc. Nursing

B.Sc. Biology / Zoology / Microbiology / Biotechnology

B.Sc. Dietetics / Nutrition

B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)

BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy)

BHMS / BAMS

Other recognized Paramedical Degrees

Preferred Experience:

Experience in hospitals, clinics, healthcare BPOs, telemedicine services, or call centers.

Freshers with relevant educational qualifications and good communication skills may also apply.
