Jio Point Manager

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for Jio Point Manager – Ludhiana Area (Barnala, Moga , Jagraon, Khanna & Malerkotla )

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and expand the Jio Point market across the assigned Bathinda territory.
2. Achieve acquisition and revenue targets for products and services.
3. Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners (dealers/retailers/distributors).
4. Service retail partners as per the beat plan—regular visits, merchandising, promotions.
5. Ensure stock availability and visibility of Jio products in all retail outlets.
6. Maintain stable supply chain and inventory replenishment.
7. Ensure daily cash collection and timely deposit as per company policy.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Bathinda/Punjab(Local Area) territory and market.
• Proven experience in product sales and distribution management.
• Distribution management skills, including managing logistics, inventory, and deliveries.
• People management: lead and motivate retail sales teams and channel partners.
• Training capability: design and deliver training for team members and partners.
• Cash handling and financial discipline, experience with daily collections and deposits

Education , Experience & Budget

• Education: Graduation degree in any discipline required.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales & distribution, preferably within retail, telecom, or FMCG sectors
• Budget: up-to 3.36 LPA Fixed and age should be max 26 years old.
