SALON MANAGER – B21 Ladies Salon, Bhadrak

Role

  • Manage complete salon operations
  • Drive sales, team performance, client experience


Key Responsibilities

  • Daily operations & hygiene control
  • Staff hiring, training, discipline
  • Duty scheduling & workload management
  • Sales targets, upselling, packages
  • Handle clients & resolve complaints
  • Maintain client records & follow-ups
  • Inventory control (no shortage/wastage)
  • Billing, cash handling, basic reports
  • Support marketing & promotions


Requirements

  • 1–2 yrs salon/Retail experience
  • Strong leadership & control
  • Good communication & sales skills
  • Knowledge of beauty services
  • Basic computer handling
