Job Description
The role requires extensive fieldwork focused on debt recovery, minimizing Non-Performing Assets (NPAs), and tracking delinquency across specific accounts. [1, 2]
- Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking and controlling area delinquencies by bucket and Days Past Due (DPD) .
- Regularly visiting customers, guarantors, and references to collect EMI dues and overdue payments.
- Initiating recovery actions, managing field-level bucket collections, and maintaining MIS reports .
- Updating customer contact and address details in the bank’s system .
- Allocating collection targets to junior team members and following up with chronic defaulters . [1, 2]
- Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass, though a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 0 to 5 years in banking, debt recovery, or EMI collections.
- Essentials: Personal two-wheeler, valid driving license, and an Android smartphone for updating bank portals . [1, 2, 3, 4]
