*Job Description – Recovery Agent*  


*Location*: Silk Board, Bangalore  

*Shift Timing*: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM  

*Week Off*: Sunday  


*Eligibility:*  

- DRA Certification Mandatory  

- Languages: English + Kannada Mandatory  

- Immediate Joiners Only  


*Key Responsibilities:*  

- Contact customers for overdue payments via calls and field visits  

- Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely recovery as per RBI guidelines  

- Maintain accurate records of collection activities  

- Achieve monthly recovery targets
