Job Description
📢 Hiring: Team Leader (TL) – NPS Calling OperationsWe are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Leader to manage end-to-end operations for our NPS (Net Promoter Score) Call Centre process.
- 🔑 Key Responsibilities:Daily Operations: Manage team attendance, on-time login, and monitor system/VPN compliance before issuing authenticator codes.
- Work Allocation: Review Power BI reports daily to identify and allocate Focus/Priority Dealers to telecallers.
- Performance Tracking: Real-time monitoring of Dials, Connected Calls, Contact %, and Productivity via screen sharing.
- Client Coordination: Handle client WhatsApp groups, manage customer complaints, and share requested call recordings within 10 minutes.
- Quality & Audits: Conduct a minimum of 5 live call audits daily, provide coaching to low performers, and train new joiners.
- Reporting & HR Compliance: Maintain ERP records, prepare Daily Target vs Achievement (EOD) reports, and manage strict leave/absence policies.
- 💼 Requirements:Prior experience as a TL / Customer Support Supervisor in an inbound/outbound call centre.
- Comfortable with Power BI reporting, ERP management, and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, escalation management, and team-motivating skills.
