Job Description
Job Summary
We are hiring Labour Helpers to support daily site and operational activities. The role involves assisting skilled workers, handling materials, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure smooth workflow at the project/site.
- daily tasks-housekeeping,dusting machines and office
- 🧹 Housekeeping-Maintain cleanliness and organization at the worksite
- Ensure proper disposal of waste materials arranging materials, etc.
- Follow instructions from supervisors for day-to-day work
- safety rules and PPE guidelines
- Use safety equipment such as helmet, gloves, and shoes
- Report any unsafe conditions immediately
- 📌 Requirements-Minimum 8th / 10th pass
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Willingness to work at site
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- 🕒 Working Conditions
- Site-based work (outdoor/industrial environment)
- May involve 8 to 10 hours
- Shift work if required(4 shifts
- 7am to 3pm
- 3pm to 11pm
- 11pm to 7 am
- general shift 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Salary-As per company standards
