Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct daily visits to 30–35 retailers (provision, kirana, and medical stores) to collect orders and build strong retailer relationships
• Identify and onboard new retailer outlets to replace closed or underperforming stores, ensuring effective market coverage
• Deliver business and fundamental targets to drive revenue growth and market share expansion
• Plan, execute, and maintain optimal territory coverage to maximize business results while managing costs
• Provide accurate and timely reports on in-store performance, financials, competitive activities, and sales initiatives
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales growth and business objectives
