🕘 Job Timing: 12 Hours Shift

🎓 Qualification: ITI Fitter
💼 Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years
🎂 Preferred Age: Below 28 to 33 Years
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per Month
📌 Interview Mode: Face to Face
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
✅ Carry out preventive maintenance and servicing of plant machinery & equipment
✅ Handle machine breakdowns efficiently to minimize downtime
✅ Perform repair, welding, cutting, grinding & rigging work
✅ Replace worn-out or damaged machine parts when required
✅ Execute fabrication and small maintenance projects within the plant
✅ Maintain tools properly and ensure tools are not left in production areas
✅ Perform maintenance of standby and unused machines
✅ Support HTU operation and related mechanical activities
✅ Carry out minor civil and plumbing maintenance work
✅ Maintain stock of consumables and report shortages
✅ Suggest improvements for cost reduction and plant efficiency
✅ Use ChatGPT / search engines for troubleshooting, technical references & maintenance solutions
🎯 Required Skills:
✔️ Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
✔️ Knowledge of welding, cutting, grinding, rigging & greasing operations
✔️ Ability to operate hand and power tools efficiently
✔️ Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail
✔️ Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues independently
✔️ Basic civil and plumbing maintenance knowledge
✔️ Familiarity with HTU (Hydraulic Truck Unloader) operations preferred
✔️ Good teamwork and collaboration skills
✔️ Physically fit for industrial maintenance activities

✅ Similar profile experience preferred
✅ Knowledge of safety procedures and industrial maintenance practices
✅ Comfortable using smartphones, ChatGPT & online resources for technical support
