Detailed Job Description: Sales Engineer – Ultrasound | Mindray India
Experience Level : Fresher / 1-2 Years Experience
Territory: Punjab
Ace Meditech Systems is an authorized channel partner of Mindray India for Punjab & Chandigarh. Mindray is quite an aggressive player in Medical Device Industry We compete with GE/Samsung on price.
We are in the process of hiring " Sales Professionals" who are hungry to sell and grow in the field of Medical Devices.

Role Overview
Hired candidate will be the primary face of Mindray Ultrasound in the respective territory.
Goal: Make doctors choose Mindray Ultrasound over competition.
Candidate will get strong product + clinical training, but he need to hustle from day 1.
Key Responsibilities – Fresher/1-2 Yrs Profile
*1. Sales & Business Development - 70%*
- Target*: ₹2.5Cr - ₹3.5Cr annual territory target.
- *Prospecting*: Map all 30-50 bed hospitals, diagnostic chains, standalone clinics, IVF centers, nursing homes.
- Lead Generation
- Mindray focus: New Installations + upgrade existing competetion IB.
- Demos*: Do 8-12 demo/Month.
- Master Mindray's Ultrasound Product Range
- Show Mindray USPs through given sales collaterals in the form of PPT.
- Order Closures
2. Technical + Application Support - 15%
- Product mastery: Learn 2-3 Mindray series fully in 60 days. Explain convex vs linear vs phased array to docs
- Clinical selling: Talk OB: NT, NB, anomaly scan presets. Cardio: AutoEF, RIMT.( Customer Language) Radiology: Elastography, Contrast. Use clinical images, not just brochures.
*3. Relationship & Market Work - 15%*
- KOL mapping: Befriend HOD Radio, Senior Gynae, Cardiologists. Get them to Mindray workshops as and when organized.
- Installed base*: Keep 50+ Mindray customers happy. Drive probe sales, AMC renewal, Trade-ins.
- *Reporting*: Daily calls, weekly funnel in CRM. Mindray reviews pipeline every Monday
*Must-Have Skills for Freshers/1-2 Yrs*

1. Tech Aptitude
2. Must learn ultrasound physics fast
3. Selling attitude
4. Ready for 20 days field travel, cold calling, rejection. “No” is start of conversation
5.Communication Skills . English + Hindi + Punjabi
Punjabi is a big plus for PEPSU belt.
6. Learning speed: 3-month product certification.Hired Candidate will be quizzed on Consona & Resona series series.
*7. Driving*: Own bike + DL. Territory is wide .
