Job Description

  • Perform Aadhaar enrolment, demographic updates, biometric updates, and other UIDAI services.
  • Verify resident documents as per UIDAI guidelines before processing applications.
  • Capture high-quality biometric data (photograph, fingerprints, and iris scan).
  • Ensure accurate entry of resident demographic information.
  • Operate UIDAI enrolment software and biometric devices efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of resident data.
  • Assist citizens by explaining Aadhaar processes and resolving basic queries.
  • Follow UIDAI Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
