Job Description
Required Civil Engineers with 3–5 years of experience in construction projects for Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (Retail Outlet Development Projects) at Bathinda, Shimla, Jammu & Srinagar.
Technical Requirements:
✔ Site execution and supervision of Civil & Structural works
✔ RCC, PCC, Earthwork, Drainage, Pavement & Building Construction
✔ Quantity estimation, BBS, Measurements & Contractor Billing
✔ Reading and interpretation of Structural & Architectural Drawings
✔ Quality Control as per IS Codes and Project Specifications
✔ Preparation of DPR, Progress Reports & Site Documentation
✔ MS Excel & BOQ preparation preferred
✔ Coordination with Client, Contractors and Vendors
✔ Candidate Must have Own Laptop
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Civil)
Experience: 3–5 Years in Construction Site Execution
