Job Description
Job Details: Field Promoter
Company: LK Academy
1. Time & Salary
Work Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Holiday)
Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹13,000 per month (This includes your daily travel cost).
Extra Bonus: You will get ₹500 extra for EVERY student who takes admission from the phone numbers you collect!
2. Your Daily Work (What you have to do)
Morning (10:00 AM to 1:00 PM - On Field) : Visit local stationery shops, book stalls, and cafes. Give them our flyers to keep on their counter. Get the shop owner's signature on your tracking paper.
Afternoon (1:00 PM to 4:00 PM - On Field) : Stand outside schools and colleges when students go home. Hand out flyers to students and parents.
Evening (4:00 PM to 6:00 PM - On Field) : Visit big tuition classes in Rajkot. Talk to students and collect their Names and Phone Numbers on your list.
Last Hour (6:00 PM to 7:00 PM - At Branch) : Come back to the office. Call the student leads you collected yesterday to invite them for counseling. Call the shop owners to build good relations.
3. Important Daily Rules (Tracking)
To get your full salary, you must follow these rules every day:
WhatsApp Location: At 10:00 AM sharp, you must share an "8-Hour Live Location" with the manager on WhatsApp.
Photo Proof: You must download the "GPS Map Camera" app. Take a selfie outside every school, college, or shop you visit. This app will print the time and location on the photo.
Daily Reporting: When you come to the office at 6:00 PM, you must submit your signed shop paper and your list of collected student numbers to the manager.
