Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor daily sales activities and team performance
- Train and guide team members for better conversions
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue
- Handle client escalations and maintain relationships
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates
- Coordinate with management for business growth plans
