Progress Academy is a modern coaching institute for Classes 3rd to 10th (CBSE) focused on concept-based learning, small batch sizes, personal attention, digital classrooms, and strong academic foundations.

Job Responsibilities:

* Visit nearby residential areas, colonies, apartments, and schools to promote Progress Academy.

* Distribute brochures and explain academy features to parents.

* Generate admission enquiries and schedule academy visits.

* Follow up with interested parents.

* Maintain records of leads and admissions.

Preferred Qualification:

* Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, MBA, Engineering or equivalent)

* Strong communication and convincing skills preferred

* Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

* Experience in sales, marketing, counselling, education, insurance, banking, telecom, or field promotion will be an advantage.

Requirements:

* Good communication skills in Hindi.

* Confident and polite personality.

* Ability to interact with parents and students.

* Prior sales or marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory.

* Local candidates preferred.

Compensation:

Fixed Pay + Attractive Performance Incentives (Fixed Pay between 3000 to 5000)

Admission-Based Incentives:

* Class 3rd–5th: ₹500 per admission

* Class 6th–8th: ₹700 per admission

* Class 9th–10th: ₹1,000 per admission
