Sales Executive

Job Summary:-

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team at Saheli Alankaran. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and providing a high level of customer service. You will represent the brand with professionalism and charm, ensuring every customer enjoys a personalized shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Explain product features, designs, and pricing to customers.
• Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable products.
• Drive in-store sales by achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and POS transactions.
• Follow up with customers for feedback, repeat sales, and special orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock levels.
• Coordinate with the design, packaging, or production team.
• Participate in in-store promotions, exhibitions, and special events.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of company products and current trends.
