Visa / Immigration Consultant

We are looking for a Visa / Immigration Consultant to join our office and assist clients with their visa and immigration-related requirements. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their travel or immigration needs, explaining the complete visa process, collecting required documents, filling visa application forms, and staying connected with clients throughout the process.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and understand their visa, travel, or immigration requirements.
• Explain the complete visa process, documentation, timelines, and basic eligibility requirements to clients.
• Guide customers in preparing and arranging the required documents.
• Fill up visa application forms accurately as per the client’s details and country-specific requirements.
• Stay connected with customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person meetings.
• Follow up with clients for pending documents, payments, appointments, and updates.
• Coordinate for visa appointments, biometrics, interviews, and document submissions when required.
• Maintain proper client records, application status, and document files.
• Keep clients updated about the progress of their application.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal team members and external partners when needed.
• Ensure all information provided by the client is handled confidentially.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, email, and online form filling.
• Attention to detail while filling forms and checking documents.
• Ability to explain processes clearly to customers.
• Good follow-up skills and professional behavior.
• Prior experience in visa, travel, immigration, or consultancy work will be preferred.

Qualification Minimum

• 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Freshers can apply if they have good communication skills and are willing to learn.
• Experience in visa filing, travel agency, immigration consultancy, or customer support will be an advantage.
