• Welcome guests and ensure smooth seating & service
• Take and manage orders accurately, coordinate with kitchen
• Serve food & beverages on time with proper presentation
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards
• Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally
• Ensure smooth floor operations and teamwork
Additional for Captain:
• Lead and supervise stewards
• Manage service flow, billing, and staff coordination
• Train team and maintain SOPs
