Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming customer calls & walk-ins at showroom

2. Explain car/bike features, variants, pricing to customers

3. Follow-up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, email daily

4. Coordinate test drives for interested customers

5. Maintain customer data in CRM software

6. Assist customers with loan, insurance & RTO documentation

7. Achieve monthly sales & customer satisfaction targets

8. Coordinate with sales team for smooth vehicle delivery

9. Handle post-sales queries and service booking follow-ups

10. Maintain daily call reports & lead status in Excel

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Graduate in any stream - 12th pass can also apply

2. Excellent communication in Hindi & English

3. Basic computer knowledge - MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp

4. Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer service preferred

5. Two-wheeler with valid DL mandatory

6. Knowledge of automobile industry is an added advantage

7. Should be target-oriented & customer-friendly
