Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for helping customers understand insurance products, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Explain life, health, and general insurance plans to customers.
- Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and field visits (if required).
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist customers with policy selection, documentation, and application processes.
- Follow up with existing clients for policy renewals and service support.
- Meet monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports.
