Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary:

The Boiler Commissioning cum Project Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, installing, testing, and commissioning boiler systems while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Key Responsibilities Plan and execute boiler installation and commissioning activities at customer sites.
• Supervise the installation, erection, piping, insulation, and equipment alignment of boiler systems.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct pre-commissioning checks, testing, startup.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues during commissioning.
• Ensure boilers operate according to design specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
• Prepare commissioning reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Attend client meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material availability.
• Guide and supervise technicians, contractors, and site workers during installation and commissioning.
• Conduct preventive inspections and recommend improvements to enhance boiler performance.
• Provide training and handover support to clients after successful commissioning.
• Travel to project sites as required for installation, commissioning, and project monitoring.
• Preferred Qualifications.
• Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience:Freshers/ Experience can apply
• Freshers will be given proper training before going on field, in boiler installation, commissioning, or industrial project execution.
• Experience with steam boilers, thermic fluid heaters, pressure vessels, or utility systems is preferred.
