Job Description

The Plant Manager will oversee daily operations of the tile adhesive manufacturing plant, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety compliance. He will plan and manage manpower, raw materials, and machinery for smooth and efficient workflow. He will coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams to maintain timely output and inventory control. He will also monitor maintenance, reduce downtime, and ensure overall plant performance and improvement.
