Job Description
Glass Industry is seeking a hands-on, technically strong Plant Manager to take full ownership of its glass processing facility in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. This is a P&L-linked, outputaccountable leadership role covering the complete manufacturing value chain — from raw glass input to tempering, DGU (Double Glazed Unit) assembly, and lamination — through to dispatch. The successful candidate will be the single point of accountability for production output, quality, safety, cost, and people management at the plant, operating with a high degree of autonomy while reporting directly to senior management. This role suits a candidate who thrives under pressure, is comfortable being measured on hard numbers (OEE, rejection %, on-time dispatch, cost per sq. ft.), and can convert shop-floor discipline into consistent, predictable output.
