Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant/Accounts Executive to manage day-today

financial operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally Prime,

E-Invoicing, and E-Way Bill generation, along with a comprehensive understanding of GST, TDS, and

TCS compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting Operations:

o Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.

o Generate E-Invoices and E-Way Bills as required.

o Handle bank entries and perform bank reconciliations.

o Reconcile party ledgers.

2. Taxation & Compliance:

o Ensure accurate compliance with GST, TDS, and TCS regulations.

o Maintain proper documentation for taxation and audit purposes.

3. Payment & Receivables Management:

o Follow up on payments with clients and vendors.

4. Import/Export Support:

o Knowledge of import/export procedures will be an advantage.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

o Utilize Tally Prime, Google Sheets, and Excel for reports and data analysis.

o Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and communicate via email.

Key Skills Required:

 Proficiency in Tally Prime, Google Sheets, Excel, and email communication.

 Strong understanding of E-Invoicing, E-Way Bills, GST, TDS, and TCS.

 Detail-oriented with excellent reconciliation and follow-up skills.

 Knowledge of import/export documentation (preferred).
