Job Description

Machine Setup: Adjust and regulate wire feed speed, gas flow, and voltage for optimal weld penetration and strength.


Physical Stamina: Ability to endure intense heat, lift heavy materials, and stand for long periods.


Safety Compliance: Strong adherence to safety protocols, including wearing protective gear.


Welding Execution: Perform MIG/CO₂ welding across various positions (flat, horizontal, vertical)


Quality Control: Inspect welded joints, grind down rough surfaces/splatter, and repair defects to meet production standards.


Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily checks on machines, clean nozzles, and maintain a safe workspace
