ob SummaryThe E-Commerce Operations Executive is responsible for managing and monitoring daily operations on online food delivery platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato. The role includes store status monitoring, complaint management, sales tracking, flash sale execution, product management, and performance reporting to ensure smooth marketplace operations and maximize online sales performance.
- Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations ManagementMonitor all Swiggy and Zomato stores daily.
- Ensure stores remain active and operational.
- Identify and resolve store closure or offline issues.
- Coordinate with store teams for operational support.
- Marketplace CommunicationManage WhatsApp communications related to operations, sales, complaints, and store support.
- Coordinate with internal teams and store staff for issue resolution.
- Escalate critical issues to management when required.
- Complaint ManagementMonitor customer complaints received through Swiggy and Zomato portals.
- Maintain accurate complaint records.
- Coordinate with stores and concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Track complaint trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Sales Monitoring & ReportingMonitor daily sales performance across all stores.
- Maintain store-wise and platform-wise sales reports.
- Analyze sales trends and identify improvement opportunities.
- Flash Sale ManagementVerify flash sale product visibility across all stores.
- Ensure product availability during promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with stores to resolve listing and visibility issues.
- Maintain flash sale performance reports.
- Inventory & Out-of-Stock MonitoringTrack out-of-stock products across all stores.
- Maintain daily OOS reports.
- Coordinate with stores to minimize stock unavailability.
- Product ManagementCreate and update new products on the platform.
- Verify product details, pricing, categories, and visibility.
- Ensure products are live and functioning correctly on all platforms.
- Reporting & AnalysisPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Generate complaint analysis reports.
- Prepare store performance and sales summary reports.
- Share insights and recommendations with management.
- Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
- Knowledge of Swiggy, Zomato, or e-commerce marketplace operations preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
