Reporting To: Warehouse Supervisor

Job PurposeTo accurately pick products from warehouse locations according to invoices, pick lists, or dispatch orders and prepare them for delivery.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick products as per order sheets and dispatch requirements.
• Ensure correct product, batch, quantity, and packaging are selected.
• Arrange picked products in designated staging areas.
• Assist in loading and unloading of goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse racks and storage areas.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and stock rotation procedures.
• Report damaged, expired, or missing products to the supervisor.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• RequirementsMinimum 10th/12th pass.
• Experience in FMCG warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to read invoices and pick lists.
• Physically fit to lift and move cartons.
• Basic understanding of inventory handling.

Checker (Warehouse)Job Title: Checker – FMCG Warehouse

Location: Warehouse / Distribution Center

Reporting To: Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Manager

Job PurposeTo verify the accuracy of picked orders, ensure correct quantities and products are dispatched, and maintain inventory accuracy.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCheck picked products against invoices and dispatch documents.
• Verify product name, SKU, batch number, quantity, and condition.
• Ensure no damaged or expired products are dispatched.
• Approve orders for loading after verification.
• Maintain dispatch and checking records.
• Coordinate with pickers, loaders, and supervisors.
• Assist in stock counting and inventory audits.
• Report discrepancies and shortages immediately.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO and warehouse SOPs.
• RequirementsMinimum 12th pass.
• Experience in FMCG warehouse checking/inventory preferred.
• Basic knowledge of stock management and documentation.
• Ability to handle warehouse records and reports.
• Key SkillsStrong attention to detail.

Salary Range (India FMCG Distribution):

• Picker: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on location and experience).
• Checker: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on location and experience).

Working Hours

Regular working hours: 10 to 12 hours per day, depending on operational requirements, dispatch schedules, and business volume.

Employees may be required to work additional hours during peak seasons, month-end closing, promotional activities, or high-volume dispatch periods.

Weekly off and overtime compensation (if applicable) will be provided as per company policy and applicable labor laws.

Shift timings may vary based on warehouse operations and management requirements.
