Test Field Electric is a growing manufacturer of electrical equipment including CTPT units and transformer-related products. We operate in a fast-paced factory environment and are focused on quality, reliability, and timely delivery.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on HR & Admin Officer with strong experience in factory/shop floor hiring and workforce management, preferably in the electrical or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end hiring of shop floor workers (welders, fitters, helpers, technicians)
• Managing contractor/workmen hiring and documentation
• Attendance, leave tracking, and payroll input coordination
• Handling worker discipline, grievances, and daily workforce issues
• Ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws)
• Managing admin activities: vendors, housekeeping, security, and office operations
• Supporting factory operations with manpower planning and availability

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in HR/Admin role in manufacturing/electrical industry
• Proven experience in hiring and handling shop floor workforce
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance
• Practical, on-ground approach (not just desk HR)
• Good coordination and communication skills
