डीमार्ट (DMart) गोदाम (Warehouse) में हेल्पर के लिए नौकरी का विवरण:
पद का नाम (वेअरहाउस हेल्पर )
हेल्पर / वेयरहाउस लोडिंग एसोसिएट
कार्यस्थल ( भिवंडी वाशेरे )
डीमार्ट मुख्य गोदाम – अंतरिक्ष लॉजिस्टिक्स पार्क, वाशरे, भिवंडी (Bhiwandi, Vashere, Antriksh)
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities)
मशीन लोडिंग (Machine Loading): 20 किलोग्राम के बैगों को उठाकर मशीन में लोड करना।
सामान व्यवस्थित करना (Staging): सामान को गोदाम के निर्धारित स्थानों पर सही तरीके से रखना।
सुरक्षा नियम (Safety): मशीन के पास काम करते समय सभी सुरक्षा नियमों का कड़ाई से पालन करना।
योग्यता और आवश्यकताएं (Qualifications & Requirements)
शिफ्ट का समय (Shift Timing): केवल 9 घंटे की ड्यूटी (9 Hours Only)।
शिफ्ट: डे (Day) और नाइट (Night) रोटेशनल शिफ्ट।
पढ़ाई-लिखाई (Education): कोई योग्यता (Qualification) की आवश्यकता नहीं है (अनपढ़/कम पढ़े-लिखे लोग भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं)।
आयु सीमा (Age Limit): 18 वर्ष से 45 वर्ष तक।
वेतन और मुफ़्त सुविधाएं (Salary & Benefits)
मासिक वेतन (Monthly Salary): ₹18,000 इन-हैंड (In-hand Salary)
रहने की सुविधा (Accommodation): कंपनी की तरफ से रहने के लिए मुफ्त रूम (Free Room) दिया जाएगा।
परिवहन (Transport): कल्याण स्टेशन (Kalyan Station) से गोदाम तक मुफ्त पिकअप और ड्रॉप (Pickup & Drop) सुविधा उपलब्ध।
पीएफ (PF) और ईएसआई (ESI): सरकारी नियमों के अनुसार भविष्य निधि और स्वास्थ्य बीमा (वेतन के अलावा)।
ओवरटाइम (Overtime): 9 घंटे से अतिरिक्त काम करने पर अलग से भुगतान।
