Lead Generation Executive

Job Description:

- Generate outbound calls to US clients and pitch services to generate leads and close sales.

- Build strong, long-term relationships with US clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation, client acquisition, and sales closure.

- Research potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.

- Proactively follow up on leads to maintain engagement and drive conversions.

- Keep accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM software.

- Collaborate with the team to refine pitches and strategies based on market trends and client feedback.

- Remain up-to-date with service offerings to effectively communicate product value and close deals.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills to engage and build rapport with clients.

- Strong interpersonal skills for effective client management.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks.

- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
