We are looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, ecommerce performance, lead generation, and innovative marketing initiatives.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly presentable Marketing Manager with experience in Ecommerce, Retail Marketing, Lead Generation, Branding, AI-powered marketing tools, and Fashion/Lifestyle marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, enhance customer engagement, and increase revenue across online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Management & Marketing StrategyDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and strengthen TPIF's brand positioning across digital and offline channels.
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, festive promotions, and brand activations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Drive initiatives that enhance customer experience and brand loyalty.
Ecommerce Marketing:
- Drive traffic, engagement, and sales across ecommerce platforms and company websites.
- Optimize customer journeys and conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to improve product presentation and user experience.
- Monitor website performance and recommend growth initiatives.
- Work closely with ecommerce teams to improve conversion rates and online customer engagement.
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing:
- Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads through digital campaigns.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
- Track ROI, campaign performance, and customer acquisition metrics.
- Build marketing funnels to improve lead conversion.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement continuous improvements.
Fashion, Lifestyle & Gifting Marketing:
- Create marketing strategies tailored for luxury, fashion, lifestyle, and gifting categories.
- Identify market trends, customer behavior, and emerging opportunities.
- Coordinate with styling, photography, and creative teams for campaign execution.
- Support photoshoots, product launches, and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Develop innovative campaigns aligned with current market trends and customer preferences.
AI & Marketing Technology:
- Utilize AI tools to improve content creation, campaign performance, audience targeting, and marketing automation.
- Explore and implement emerging marketing technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Leverage data analytics, automation tools, and reporting platforms for informed decision-making.
Social Media, WhatsApp Marketing & Customer Engagement:
- Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution.
- Manage WhatsApp Marketing campaigns for lead generation, customer engagement, and promotional activities.
- Develop customer retention and re-engagement strategies through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize campaign performance.
- Build brand awareness through innovative storytelling and content marketing.
Customer Care & After-Sales Support:
- Work closely with customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Develop after-sales communication and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure timely resolution and escalation of customer concerns when required.
Team Coordination & Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Ecommerce, Creative, and Leadership teams.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, influencers, and marketing vendors.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–8 years of experience in Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle, Branding, or D2C businesses.
- Strong understanding of Ecommerce Marketing, Lead Generation, and Performance Marketing.
- Experience managing digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other online platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Marketing Analytics.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp Marketing, customer engagement, and after-sales communication.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong branding, campaign management, and content strategy experience.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in BMM, BMS, BBA, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
Additional Requirements:
