Job Description
Role Overview
Responsible for end-to-end execution of orders from sampling to dispatch, with a strong focus on vendor coordination, procurement, and price negotiation, while leveraging technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and tracking.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate workflow from sampling → production → dispatch
• Plan order execution (yarn requirements, timelines, production flow)
• Manage vendors and negotiate yarn/material prices
• Ensure timely procurement and material availability
• Follow up with vendors for on-time delivery
• Coordinate with knitting, inventory, and dispatch teams
• Track production progress and resolve delays
• Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods
• Maintain digital tracking sheets and reports
• Use AI / digital tools to improve follow-ups, planning, and efficiency
• Drive cost optimization in procurement and operations
Key Skills Required
• Strong negotiation & vendor management skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination ability
• Tech-savvy with ability to use Excel, digital tools, and AI for productivity
• Graduate (Bachelor in Textile Engineering preferred)
• Must have experience in textile manufacturing
