Abhinandan Creation is a women's intimate apparel and men's underwear manufacturer based at Asmeeta Textile Park, Bhiwandi. We produce bras, panties, and men's underwear for buyers including Nykd by Nykaa, Van Heusen, Ginger by Lifestyle, and Reliance Retail, and operate our own brand — Salient — in the trade and retail market.

We run 10 production lines with approximately 300 machines and 300 employees. We are in the middle of a significant operational build — structuring systems, building data infrastructure, and creating a factory that runs on clear information and disciplined processes. Data is at the centre of that effort, and this role is at the centre of data.

About the Role

We are looking for an MIS Executive to own our reporting and analytics infrastructure across production, inventory, HR, and finance. This is a cross-functional, high-visibility role — your reports will land directly with senior management and drive day-to-day decisions on the floor and at the planning desk.

You will work closely with the Head of Systems & People and the IE & Operations Head to ensure that the right data reaches the right people in the right format at the right time. The role carries genuine responsibility: we are not looking for someone to maintain a spreadsheet; we are looking for someone who takes ownership of the company's information layer.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Reporting

Generate and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering production output, line-wise efficiency, inventory movement, GRN status, and attendance — ensuring the right data reaches the right person at the right time. Flag deviations proactively before they escalate.

Performance and Cost Tracking

Maintain the company's KRA/KPI scoring system — collect performance data from department heads, compute monthly scores against defined targets, and publish scorecards. Support financial MIS by maintaining order-wise cost sheets and compiling actuals versus estimates for the monthly management review pack.

Systems and Data Management

Own the reporting infrastructure on ERPNext and Google Workspace — Sheets, AppSheet, and Looker Studio. Maintain data integrity across systems, build new reports as business needs evolve, and turn around reporting requirements with minimal back-and-forth.

What We Are Looking For

Strong proficiency in Google Sheets is non-negotiable — advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modelling are expected from day one. Excel proficiency is an advantage. Familiarity with ERPNext or any comparable ERP system is preferred. Working knowledge of Google AppScript and JavaScript is preferable; exposure to AppSheet or Looker Studio is a plus.

You should be someone for whom accuracy is non-negotiable — but who also works fast. A production environment does not wait. You should be comfortable presenting data directly to senior management, flagging issues without being prompted, and turning around new reporting requirements quickly.

What Good Performance Looks Like

Management has the data it needs — on time, clean, and in a format that drives decisions rather than creates more questions. Reports are consistent and trustworthy. Data quality issues are caught before they reach senior management, not after. New reporting needs are turned around with minimal back-and-forth.
