Production & Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Should be able to plan the production process independently and save reworking.

2. Should have basic knowledge of Solidworks & Autocad.

3. Should have complete knowledge of TPM, Sheet Metal, Machining, Assembly, Pneumatics, etc.

4. Coordinate with PLC Panel engineers for Electronic and Electrical input of Machines.

5. Ready to visit site for Machine Erection and Commissioning, Pan India.

6. Standardizing work method and processes for production

7. Coordinate with Vendors for Sheet metal job work, which is required for projects.

8. Take total responsibility of mark-free packing of material with packing and checklist.

9. Maintain Stock in Store and material prior to assembly

10. To arrange weekly meeting between Production, Purchase & Design Engineers

11. Decide cycle time & make man machine charts based on prepared cycle time.

12. Coordinate with Design team for fabrication & Machining process with good communication skill

13. Coordinate with Purchase Team for procurement of material.

14. To update production chart on daily basis with HOD

15. Update all the design as per assembly

Required Skills:

1. Diploma or Degree : (Mechanical)

2. Preferred Candidate from: Bhiwandi, Dombivali, Kalyan or Thane
