Job Description

Hiring: Telesales Executive (Work From Office)

Company: Nidhi Decor Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Bhiwandi

Interview Location: Same as job location

Job Type: Target-based role

Job Responsibilities:

  • Telecalling and telesales for inbound leads
  • Handling B2B and B2C customers
  • Closing sales and regular follow-ups

Salary and Incentives:

  • Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹16,000 per month
  • Training period: 5 days (salary starts after training)
  • Incentives available with weekly payout

Working Hours:

  • Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Lunch break: 45 minutes
  • Tea break: 15 minutes

Weekly Off:

  • 4 weekly offs (Rotational Week offs)

Candidate Requirements:

  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Good communication skills
  • Prior telesales experience preferred; confident freshers may apply
