Job Description

Transport Management Executive:


Profile:

· To Place FTL/PTL vehicle as required by Sales team/Party

· To take follow up with driver/broker till vehicle reaches client location

· To ensure vehicle is in good condition

· To ensure vehicle is loaded on time in coordination with customer

· To ensure vehicle is dispatched on time and reaches destination as per schedule

· To follow up for unloading of vehicle and coordinate with customer in case of any delay

· To ensure whatsapp copy of POD is received immediately and hard copy is received on time

· Vendor development for areas we service

· Rate negotiation with vendor/broker and party

· Payment follow up with party

· Any other task as delegated by Manager
