Company Overview:

We are a manufacturing company specializing in Cable Cleats and Copper Clamps used in High Voltage (HV) Cable Holding Systems. Our operations include machining, copper fabrication, and assembly for power transmission applications.

Key Responsibilities:

•Operate and handle manual lathe machines for turning, facing, threading, drilling, and finishing operations

•Manufacture components as per engineering drawings, tolerances, and specifications

•Work on copper, brass, and mild steel materials, especially for cable cleats and clamps

•Perform precision machining of copper parts used in electrical applications

•Ensure proper surface finish and dimensional accuracy

•Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds based on material and job requirement

•Carry out basic machine maintenance and ensure machine cleanliness

•Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.)

•Support in copper fabrication department when required (cutting, drilling, finishing)

•Maintain production records and job cards

•Follow safety practices and shop floor discipline
