We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Licensing Manager to expand our business and manage licensing-related activities across India.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in government and private sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners.
- Manage licensing, registrations, approvals, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with government departments and regulatory authorities for licenses and approvals.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare management reports.
- Represent Marucom Group at exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or licensing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of government procurement and licensing procedures is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel across India.
