Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Client Relations Executive to manage incoming and existing leads, conduct initial lead assessments, and coordinate with internal teams for qualified lead transfers.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads received through managers or Facebook campaigns
Conduct initial lead qualification as per project criteria
Understand client requirements, project type, country, and scale
Coordinate and transfer qualified leads to relevant internal teams
Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up records
