- Job Responsibilities: Call Gujarati-speaking clients regarding pending payments and renewals.
- Follow up with customers in a professional and polite manner.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and payment commitments.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding collections.
- Build positive relationships while ensuring timely collections.
- Eligibility: Gujarati speaking is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experienced telecallers are preferred.
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
- Age: 18–50 years.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
