Job Description
Job Description – Senior Sales Person
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Person with 15+ years of experience in sales and market development. The candidate should be capable of travelling extensively and developing new distributors and business opportunities across Madhya Pradesh (MP) and Chhattisgarh (CG).
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and appoint new distributors and dealers in untapped areas
• Expand company product reach in new markets
• Travel regularly for market visits and business development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
• Identify potential markets and increase company presence
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years of experience in sales and market development
• Strong distributor/dealer network handling experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle field sales operations
• Willingness to travel extensively across MP & CG
