Job Description
Job Title: Government Sales & Marketing Executive (Municipal Corporations – Product Supply & Liaisoning)
Location: Preferred: Bhopal (HQ) / Chhatarpur / MP- Field-based
Department: Government Business / Institutional Sales
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and well-connected professional responsible for sales and marketing of company products to government departments, with a strong focus on liaisoning for supply in Urban Development projects. The role involves working closely with departments such as Municipal Corporations & Urban Development Authorities for different locations in all over (M. P.) and ensuring successful onboarding, approvals, and supply execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Government Liaisoning & Approvals
- Establish and maintain relationships with officials in:
- Municipal Corporations
- Urban Administration & Development Department (UADD)
- Follow up for product approvals & empanelment.
- Regular field visits to government offices for coordination and approvals
2. Product Promotion & Specification
- Promote company products for inclusion in: Government project specifications
3. Sales Execution & Supply Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for:
- Order processing
- Dispatch & logistics
- Billing and documentation
- Ensure smooth supply to government departments as per contract terms
4. Payment Follow-ups
- Track submitted bills and coordinate for timely payment release
- Follow up with department accounts and officers
- Maintain proper documentation for billing and compliance
5. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies
- Identify new business opportunities in government sector
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Government Liaisoning & Product Sales
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence specifications and approvals
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA (Marketing) preferred
Experience:
- 3–7 years in Government Sales / Liaisoning / Institutional Sales
- Prior experience in Urban Development / Infrastructure / Sanitation products preferred
Preferred Industry:
- Sanitation & Cleaning Products
- Urban Infrastructure Supplies
- Industrial / Institutional Product Supply
CTC & Benefits:

Additional Requirements:
- Strong local government network is highly preferred
