Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive who can handle lead generation, client onboarding, and marketing activities.

This role is ideal for someone who can:

• Talk to property owners / clients
• Convert leads into business
• Support marketing campaigns
• Key Responsibilities:🔹 SalesIdentify and approach PG owners, hostels, property managers, schools (for S-Trax)
• Generate leads through field visits, calls, and online platforms
• Give product demos and explain platform benefits
• Convert leads into paid clients
• Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
• 🔹 Marketing SupportAssist in local marketing campaigns and promotions
• Coordinate with digital marketing team for leads
• Help in executing offline marketing (banners, visits, events)
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights
• Required Skills:Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic understanding of sales process
• Confident in field work and client interaction
• Basic knowledge of digital platforms (WhatsApp, email, etc.)
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
