• Calling and onboarding PG/Hostel/Property businesses

• Listing businesses on our marketplace platform

• Registering businesses on our management portal

• Customer communication and product pitching

• Property onboarding and follow-up

• Field visit coordination (if applicable)

📍 JOB DETAILS

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Expected Earnings:

💰 ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month (Basic + Incentives)

🔥 Additional incentive earning opportunity up to ₹20,000+/month based on performance

Basic Salary Range:

₹8,000 – ₹12,000/month + Performance Incentives

Location: Bhopal / Indore

Job Type:

• Field + Office + Telecalling

• Full-time / Part-time / Freelance Opportunity Available

Your main goal is to:

👉 List PG/Hostel/Property on our platform (MySmartPG)

👉 Register them on our management system

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Telecalling

• Call PG owners / property owners
• Explain platform benefits
• Fix meetings / generate leads

• 🔹 Field Sales
• Visit PGs, hostels, and properties
• Convince owners to list their property
• Onboard them on platform

🔹 Portal Work

• Add property on marketplace
• Register property in management panel
• Collect basic details, photos, pricing

• ✅ Required Skills:
• Good communication (Hindi + basic English)
• Confident in talking & convincing
• Must be comfortable with field work
• Basic mobile + internet knowledge

🎁 Incentive Structure

👉 Per Property Listing: ₹100 – ₹300

👉 Per Successful Registration: ₹300 – ₹800

👉 Monthly Bonus on target completion

• 💡 Good performers can earn ₹15K–₹30K total monthly
