Job Description
Job Title: AI Video Content Creator & Editor Location: Remote / Hybrid Job Type: Full-time / Contract
Job Brief: We are seeking a highly creative and technically savvy AI Video Content Creator & Editor to lead the end-to-end production pipeline for our dedicated AI animation and video channel. In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge artificial intelligence generation tools and cinematic post-production.
- The ideal candidate does not just rely on raw AI output; you have a sharp eye for visual framing, pacing, and continuity, along with the editing skills needed to turn AI assets into highly engaging, polished, and platform-ready digital content. Required Skills & Qualifications 1. Traditional Post-Production Skills (Non-Negotiable)Advanced proficiency in professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro).
- Strong understanding of pacing, comedic/dramatic timing, sound design, and audio cleanup.
- Experience with keyframing, basic motion graphics, rendering, and cross-platform safe zones (9:16 vs 16:9).
- 2. AI & Automation Tooling Expertise Video Generation: Experience with tools like Runway (Gen-2/Gen-3), Sora, Pika Labs, Midjourney, or Stable Diffusion for video and image workflows.
- Voice & Audio AI: Deep familiarity with voice cloning and generation platforms like ElevenLabs, Narakeet, or similar tools, with a proven ability to tune voices for natural inflection and smooth regional/hybrid delivery.
- Upscaling & Fixes: Experience using Topaz Video AI, neural filters, or advanced masking to clean up low-res generations.
- 3. Content Strategy: Familiarity with YouTube algorithm metrics (Click-Through Rate, Audience Retention, Average View Duration).
- Ability to work closely with scriptwriters, freelance animators, and creative directors to keep projects on schedule.
- Preferred Requirements: Experience with 3D character pipelines, character consistency models, or cinematic animation styles.
- A portfolio or channel link demonstrating previously created AI-assisted video content (please include this with your application).
