Job Description

We are hiring an Accountant for our company to manage office accounts, site expenses, billing, and financial records. The candidate should be able to handle daily accounting work and maintain proper documentation for site and office transactions.

Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounts and bookkeeping for office and site

Handle site expense records and labour payment entries

Prepare bills, invoices, and payment vouchers

Manage GST, TDS, and bank transactions

Update Excel reports and maintain files

Coordinate with site supervisor and management for payment records

Maintain attendance/salary records of staff and workers

Requirements:

B.Com / M.Com preferred

Experience in accounting

Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and billing work

Basic understanding of site expenses and contractor payments

Responsible and punctual

Location: Bhopal
